An Office Coordinator is responsible for managing office communications and supporting daily administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth and efficient office operations. Their duties typically include answering phone calls, greeting visitors, managing schedules and meetings, ordering and maintaining office supplies, handling correspondence, filing documents, submitting maintenance requests, and supporting other teams with administrative tasks. They often serve as a liaison between staff, vendors, and visitors, maintaining a welcoming and organized office environment. Required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication, time management, and organizational abilities. A high school diploma or equivalent and relevant administrative experience are common qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
Manage office communications including phone calls, emails, mail, and visitor greeting.
Maintain and organize office records and files efficiently.
Coordinate meeting schedules and use office spaces effectively.
Monitor and order office supplies and equipment maintenance.
Support other departments with administrative activities like document preparation and customer service.
Assist in bookkeeping and handling office contracts.
Facilitate smooth daily workflows and provide excellent customer service.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹9,879.31 - ₹26,432.88 per month
