Job Description: Office Coordinator
Overview
The Office Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the workplace. This position requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual who can manage administrative tasks, support staff, and maintain a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support
- Manage correspondence, phone calls, and emails.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
- Office Management
- Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Ensure office equipment is maintained and serviced.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Coordination & Communication
- Act as the point of contact between management, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining HR records.
- Support internal communication and team collaboration.
- Operational Efficiency
- Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical).
- Track expenses and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
