Job Title: Office Coordinator , Summer term

Location: Anseeuw Bros. - off the South Perimeter, near Oak Bluff
Position Start Date: June 2026

We are offering a unique opportunity for the right individual to join our team as a part-time Office Coordinator for the summer months. The position would be responsible for duties within our landscape division as well as internet provider distribution. This role is ideal for one who enjoys diverse tasks throughout the day with a mix of activities.

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Office Coordinator for a full time position. If you are eager to learn, have strong communication skills, and thrive in a deadline-driven environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones and managing incoming inquiries
  • Scheduling
  • Performing data entry and updating records
  • Managing supply inventory and placing orders
  • Correspondence with employees, customers and vendors
  • Accounts Receivable, cash handling, balancing, and processing transactions
  • Assigning and programming routers and modems
  • Troubleshooting internet issues with customers
  • Filing and organizing office documents, both electronic and physical, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
  • Assisting management with administrative tasks
  • General housekeeping of office and common areas

Qualifications:

  • Previous office experience is an asset but not required
  • Problem solving - able to efficiently diagnose home internet issues using support tools or systems while on calls, and resolve customer questions related to service, billing or account
  • Basic technical aptitude with home internet and Wi-Fi - comfortable troubleshooting common issues such as Wi-Fi connectivity, modem/router setup, slow speeds, and service outages (training is provided, but familiarity is an asset)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills - Able to clearly explain technical information to non-technical customers over the phone in a calm, friendly and professional manner
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and perform under deadlines
  • Positive attitude and a team player who can also work independently
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks and Shopify (or other eCommerce platforms) is an asset but not required
  • Access to your own vehicle and a valid driver's license is required
