About the job

As the Office Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind seamless business operations. Acting as the linchpin for all internal and external stakeholders, you’ll embody Nordic’s values through sharp, effective communication. Your role covers everything from orchestrating daily office activities to managing high-impact events and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Your ultimate mission is to craft a work environment that fuels productivity, fosters creativity, and sets the gold standard for industry excellence.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day operations of the office(s).

  • Coordinating and managing all office administrative functions, including but not limited to ordering office supplies, equipment, and services, managing office calendars, and liaising with building administration.

  • Providing logistical support for business meetings, events, and conferences, including managing travel arrangements, accommodations, catering, and meeting logistics.

  • Supporting the overall office agenda for Nordic’s locations in Finland, as part of the global Office Management and People Shared Services Team.

  • Coordinating and managing catering, lunch, and meeting requirements, and ensuring that all kitchens are stocked with beverages, snacks, coffee, tea, and related items.

  • Developing and maintaining constructive and cooperative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as employees, clients, suppliers, and vendors.

  • Continuously identifying areas for improvement in office operations and implementing strategies to enhance office productivity and efficiency.


Key Qualifications

  • Relevant work experience from similar responsibility area preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and collaborative skills

  • Excellent written and verbal Finnish & English skills

  • IT knowledge including use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, email and Internet applications

  • Ability to work independently, proactive and takes the initiative, flexible
  • Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Possess a strong drive for results
