Join a mission‑driven healthcare organization dedicated to improving the physical and mental well‑being of the communities we serve. We’re seeking a dynamic full-time Office Manager to partner with senior leadership and ensure smooth, patient‑centered operations at one of our primary care sites in Monmouth County. This is an opportunity to lead a team, optimize workflows, and create an exceptional experience for both patients and staff.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own Daily Operations: Ensure seamless, compliant workflows across assigned facilities.

  • Partner for Quality: Work closely with providers and the Senior Office Manager to meet quality measures and advance continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Lead & Develop Teams: Oversee staffing needs, recruitment support, onboarding, credentialing, and ongoing staff development.

  • Coach for Success: Supervise and mentor front desk and administrative staff, promoting accountability and high performance.

  • Drive Efficiency: Manage scheduling, overtime, mileage, and daily site huddles to keep operations running smoothly.

  • Ensure Compliance: Uphold organizational policies and standards for attendance, appearance, and conduct.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

  • Experience: Strong background in office management or healthcare administration.

  • Skills:

    • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

    • Proficiency with EMR systems (NextGen), Phreesia, and insurance verification tools preferred.

    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams.

  • Attributes: Independent, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Why You’ll Love Working Here:

  • Impact: Your leadership directly improves patient care and community health.

  • Growth: Opportunities for professional development and advancement.

  • Culture: Collaborative, supportive, and mission-focused team environment.

Working Conditions: Fast-paced clinical office setting with high patient interaction and administrative responsibilities. Flexibility and prioritization are key.
