Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have experience in office management, particularly within a medical setting. This role is essential for ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently, providing support to both staff and clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise office staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Oversee clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate schedule management to ensure optimal use of resources and time.
- Support human resources functions including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain an organized office environment, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is functional.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or a related field, preferably in a medical setting.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to lead and motivate staff.
- Proficiency in clerical tasks.
- Excellent schedule management abilities to coordinate multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of human resources practices.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
