We’re a family business in the smoked fish industry, committed to quality, integrity, and great service. We’re looking for a reliable and motivated person to join our team as an Office Administrator and Inside Sales Support.

What You’ll Do:
As our new team member, you’ll wear many hats and play a key role in helping things run smoothly behind the scenes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing inside sales support and customer service
  • Tracking and managing inventory levels
  • Paying invoices and managing basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Filing permits, renewals, and regulatory forms
  • Assisting with scheduling, orders, and logistics
  • Organizing records and maintaining databases
  • Supporting various admin and office duties as needed
  • Contributing ideas and insight to assist with business decisions and process improvements

Qualifications:

  • Experience in an office setting is valuable but not required for the right candidate
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and other computer programs
  • Able to learn new systems quickly
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping, inventory, or sales is an asset
  • Valid driver’s license may be helpful for occasional errands

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
