Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, handling inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a pet friendly small office environment.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry into our computerized systems.
  • Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer feedback and resolve any outstanding issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Utilize phone etiquette to manage calls and schedule appointments effectively, ensuring a positive interaction with each customer.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service in a small office environment is preferred.
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products and services when appropriate.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with computerized systems for record keeping.
  • MUST be able to work independently without little supervision.
  • A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
