Are you looking for an opportunity to join an international and collaborative team within a renowned organization?
We’re looking for an Onboarding and Client Service Manager who will be:
- leading assigned Funds projects and being responsible for all the Fund Administration matters and ensure these are completed within the required timeframe and with highest quality.
- acting as main point of contacts for assigned projects, tasks and clients, for internal stakeholders and clients or external stakeholders (e.g. external ManCo, legal advisor etc…) for Fund Administration matters
- leading client and internal calls, issuing meeting mInutes, project plans etc…
- reviewing the legal Fund documentation (prospectus, articles of association etc…) and coordinating the review by other internal stakeholders as required
- preparing and leading the negotiation of agreements related to all the services offered by UBS FASL
- preparing and issuing to internal stakeholders: Fund Term sheets, fee budgets and OPMs

You’ll be working in the Fund Onboarding and Client Service team within the Fund Administration in Luxembourg.
This is a role for the legal entity UBS Fund Administration Services Luxembourg S.A.
Your expertise
- a university degree in Finance, Economics, or Business
- over five years’ experience in a similar function or in a client-focused role with tailor-made investment funds or in a Fund Administration environment. Experience with alternative asset classes would be advantageous.
- good knowledge of Investments Funds products and services, including roles and responsibilities of the various stakeholders, the regulatory environment in Luxembourg with a Focus on the Fund Administration related topics.
- strong client relationship skills and stakeholder management capabilities, solution driven and problem solving mindset, curious and eager to learn.
- good Project management skills and natural sense of responsibility, organization, rigor and precision
- very good time management and ability to work under pressure and to prioritize
- proven team player with ability to collaborate with others
- flexible and proactive approach, able and willing to take initiatives.
- excellent knowledge of computer-based tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
- fluency in English, French and/or German is a plus
