As an Online Assistant, you will manage and optimize our digital operations, including online orders, customer interactions, and social media platforms. Your role is key to ensuring a seamless online experience for our customers and supporting the restaurant's growth in the digital space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage online orders through various platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media, email, and other digital channels.
  • Update and maintain online menus, promotions, and restaurant information across platforms.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and delivery teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Assist with social media content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
  • Monitor online reviews and ratings, addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Analyze online performance metrics and provide reports to management.
  • Provide technical support for online ordering systems and troubleshoot issues when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role, such as online operations, customer service, or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in using online ordering platforms and social media tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the restaurant or food service industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with basic graphic design or photo editing tools is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,544.14 - $3,531.32 per month
