Required On line Bidder- Business Development Expert

Job Description

· Identifying suitable projects on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and other marketplaces

· Preparing and submitting compelling proposals tailored to client requirements

· Communicating with potential clients to understand project needs and present solutions

· Coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate project scoping and timely delivery

· Tracking bid performance and optimizing strategies to improve win rates

· Generating ROI through bidding and organic sales activities.

· Designing and launching paid digital marketing campaigns.

· Managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Experience : min 4 years+

Shift : 12 noon to 9 p.m

Location : Golpark

Salary : Rs. 25,000 to 40,000+ incentive
