Open Market Credit Card Executive

  • 1. Open Market Lead Generation
  • Generate leads through open market activities like field visits, kiosks, societies, offices and public places
  • Identify potential customers in residential, commercial and corporate areas
  • Build daily lead pipeline through self sourcing and referrals

2. Credit Card Sales Performance

  • Sell credit cards of multiple banks such as HDFC, Axis, SBI, ICICI and others
  • Pitch correct card variants based on customer profile and eligibility
  • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly credit card sales targets
  • Focus on quality approvals rather than only applications

3. Customer Interaction and Pitching

  • Explain credit card features, benefits, fees and charges clearly
  • Handle customer objections and close sales professionally
  • Maintain transparent and ethical sales practices
  • Ensure positive customer experience

4. Documentation and Eligibility Check

  • Collect complete and correct KYC and income documents
  • Verify customer eligibility before application submission
  • Avoid fake, incorrect or manipulated documents
  • Follow all bank and DSA documentation guidelines

5. Follow Ups and Application Tracking

  • Follow up with customers for pending documents and verification
  • Track application status from submission to approval
  • Coordinate with back office for faster processing
  • Reduce rejection and dropout cases

6. Field Activity and Area Coverage

  • Conduct daily field visits as per assigned route or area
  • Cover new societies, markets and offices regularly
  • Identify high potential open market locations
  • Maintain discipline in daily field reporting

7. Reporting and MIS

  • Submit daily activity and sales reports
  • Update lead status accurately in CRM or tracking sheets
  • Share market feedback and competitor insights

8. Compliance and Brand Representation

  • Follow RBI, bank and DSA compliance norms
  • Avoid mis-selling or false commitments
  • Represent company and bank brand professionally in the market

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
