- Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to senior management by preparing reports, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Check Data Accuracy: Ensure the data presented is correct and comes from reliable sources. This includes validating numbers, calculations, and sources.
- Consistency Check: Compare the current month's data with the previous month's or the same month from the previous year to spot trends, anomalies, or discrepancies.
- Communication: Serving as a liaison between departments, clients, and vendors to ensure efficient communication and collaboration.
- Data Management: Handling and analyzing business data to track performance, improve operations, and make recommendations for efficiency improvements.
- Event Planning: Coordinating business events, meetings, conferences, and team-building activities.
- Budget Management: Assisting with budgeting and financial tracking of various projects or business activities.
- Process Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in business operations and helping implement new processes or tools to enhance efficiency.
Required Skills:
- Organization and Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to manage relationships and coordinate efforts.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- Project Management: Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of software such as Microsoft Office, project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello), and CRM systems.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and quality in business processes, reports, and communication.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Or any bachelor's degree.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
