Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operation Executive to support day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth business processes. The role involves coordination with internal teams, monitoring workflows, maintaining records, and helping achieve operational efficiency in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor daily operational activities to ensure timely execution
- Coordinate with internal departments such as HR, Accounts, Sales, and Logistics
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, MIS, and documentation
- Track productivity, turnaround time, and process adherence
- Handle vendor coordination and follow-ups when required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational SOPs
- Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns to seniors when necessary
- Support process improvement initiatives and cost optimization
- Maintain accurate data records and ensure data confidentiality
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and basic MIS reporting
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
- Problem-solving and analytical mindset
- Attention to detail and process-oriented approach
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
