Location: Gurgaon

Big Tree Resource Management is a Gurgaon-based HR solutions provider dedicated to transforming and strengthening HR practices for startups and growing organizations. We specialize in recruitment, payroll outsourcing, performance management, employee engagement, and end-to-end HR operations.
Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operation Executive to manage and streamline HR operations. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle employee lifecycle processes effectively, ensuring smooth onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
- Onboarding: Manage the complete onboarding process including offer letters, appointment letters, ID card issuance, and joining formalities.
- Payroll Management: Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
- Documentation: Handle joining documentation and maintain employee records.
- Compliance: Prepare and manage statutory compliances such as EPFO & ESIC.
- MIS Management: Maintain and update MIS Master data for HR operations.
- Employee Relations: Support employee engagement and maintain healthy workplace relations.
- Process Support: Assist in HR operational activities to ensure seamless execution.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹11,331.01 - ₹30,000.00 per month
