Job Title: Operations & Sales Executive
Friendzo is a growing coliving brand providing hassle-free, fully furnished rental accommodations with zero brokerage and modern amenities. We are expanding rapidly and looking for passionate individuals to join our team.
Responsibilities
Operations
- Manage day-to-day property operations (tenant queries, maintenance coordination, vendor follow-ups).
- Ensure smooth move-in and move-out processes.
- Track rent collections, deposits, and agreements.
- Monitor housekeeping, security, and overall tenant satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports on occupancy, revenue, and expenses.
Sales
- Drive tenant acquisition through calls, visits, and local partnerships.
- Conduct property tours and explain amenities to potential tenants.
- Achieve monthly occupancy and revenue targets.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales leads (social media, website, walk-ins, brokers).
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive referrals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce/Management or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Operations/Sales (Freshers with good communication skills can apply).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a “get-things-done” attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
