Sherry FitzGerald Group is Ireland's largest estate agent with over 100 offices throughout Ireland. As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking to recruit an Operations Administrator to join the team.


This position will provide support to the team which includes New Homes, Development Land and Professional Services.


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operations support to ensure the efficient and smooth running of the day to day business requirements.
  • Prepare and issue terms of engagement and general correspondence to clients.
  • Collate AML documentation through ID Pal.
  • Request invoices, balancing/transfer and deposit refunds from the Accounts department.
  • Monitor marketing expenditure and liaise with staff to ensure these are invoiced in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with the New Homes sales team and Accounts Department to ensure accurate allocation of client deposits.
  • Assist with processing sales bookings and cancellations.
  • Maintain and update databases, ensure timely responses and that all details are recorded accurately on the relevant system.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations and pitches as required including liaising and utilising the marketing where relevant.
  • Assist with the scheduling of weekend staffing rosters.
  • Assist with the preparations of monthly and ad hoc reports.
  • Work closely with the broader team and where required, provide capacity and support to Development Land and Professional Services with the following tasks:
    • Support in dealing with incoming phone and email queries in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Maintain and update databases, ensure timely responses and that all details are recorded accurately on the relevant system.
    • Utilise and management of Sherry FitzGerald online portal, MyVals.
  • Identify and act on referrals as they present themselves across Sherry FitzGerald Group.
  • Demonstrate the Company Values with team and throughout all your dealings with internal colleagues.

Requirements:

  • 2-3years’ previous experience in operations/administrative roles.
  • Experience in a property related business would be beneficial but is not essential.
  • Experience in preparing documents such as reports and presentations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable with new technologies and strong proficiency in MS office packages.
