Job Title: Operations Executive
Department: Operations
Reporting To: Operations Manager / Technical Head
Job Summary
The Operation Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily operational activities to ensure smooth service delivery, technician efficiency, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company standards and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule daily pest control operations and service routes
- Coordinate with field technicians regarding duty allocation, attendance, and work completion
- Ensure services are delivered as per contract (AMC/EMC/HMC) and company SOPs
- Monitor technician performance, grooming, PPE usage, and safety compliance
- Handle customer coordination for service confirmation, follow-ups, and complaints
- Maintain operational records, service reports, job cards, and inspection data
- Ensure proper usage of approved chemicals, equipment, and pest control methods
- Support audits related to ISO, GMP, FSSC, food safety, and client inspections
- Coordinate with accounts and admin for billing, service closure, and documentation
- Assist management in improving operational efficiency and service quality
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of pest control operations (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and field teams
- Good documentation and reporting skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Knowledge of safety standards and compliance
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum: Graduate / Diploma (any discipline)
- Experience: 1–3 years in operations, field coordination, or service industry
- Pest control or facility management experience will be an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month
