Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operational activities, coordinate with internal teams, monitor orders and inventory, and ensure smooth business operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic analytical abilities, and knowledge of MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflows.
• Track customer orders, shipments, and delivery status.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and supply chain teams.
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports using MS Excel.
• Identify operational issues and support timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor operational performance and suggest process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and operational procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a related field.
• Freshers with strong communication and analytical skills are welcome to apply.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good problem-solving, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, if required.
• Previous experience in e-commerce, warehouse operations, or logistics will be an advantage.
