We are seeking a proactive Operations Executive with experience in E-commerce/FMCG to support day-to-day processes, streamline supply chain activities, and coordinate effectively with vendors. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow with an emerging brand by working closely with the Senior Operations Manager and taking ownership of assigned responsibilities across procurement, logistics, and compliance

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations across procurement, packaging, order dispatch, and logistics, ensuring smooth coordination and timely execution.
• Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of all operational processes.
• Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to meet operational targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food industry regulations, and health & safety standards.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to operational guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Admin) on cross-functional projects.
• Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, including order placements, negotiations, and follow-ups.
• Travel (approx. 30%) for vendor meetings, site visits, and operational oversight.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain, production, and distribution.
• Provide reports and insights to senior management on performance, challenges, and action plans.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in E e-commerce operations, supply chain, or the FMCG/Food industry.
• Strong understanding of procurement, vendor management, and logistics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a KPI-driven mindset.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multi-location teams and processes.
• Willingness to travel ~30% of the time.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline
• Food safety/ operations certification or training is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
