As our operations continue to grow, we’re looking for a strong Operations Manager to oversee and lead our Ottawa branch.

Position Overview:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating crews, scheduling deliveries and pickups, ensuring job site efficiency, and maintaining high service standards. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance field management with office coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations for fencing and portable toilet divisions in Ottawa.
• Schedule and dispatch crews, trucks, and equipment efficiently.
• Ensure job sites are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.
• Maintain and manage yard inventory, materials, and fleet maintenance.
• Build strong relationships with customers, contractors, and team members.
• Support business growth and profitability in the Ottawa region.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in construction related management
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license (Class G required; DZ an asset).
• Knowledge of fencing or portable sanitation industry is an asset.
• Basic equipment operation knowledge
• Basic mechanic knowledge

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $49,980.30-$120,079.34 per year
