STR Super Cleaners is seeking a high performing Operations Manager to own and lead day to day operations for our short term rental and Airbnb cleaning division. This role is not administrative. It is a leadership position for someone who takes full ownership of people, processes, and results.

This position is best suited for an experienced operator who thrives in fast paced environments, enforces standards, and builds teams that perform without hand holding.

What You Will Own

• Full accountability for daily field operations, cleaning teams, and inspections
• Hiring, training, performance management, and corrective action when required
• Consistent execution of company standards across all properties
• Operational problem solving, identifying breakdowns before they become issues
• Process optimization to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability
• KPI tracking and performance reporting tied to quality and customer experience
• Direct communication with the CEO on execution, wins, and gaps

Who You Are

• A proven operations leader with experience managing teams in cleaning, hospitality, or service based businesses
• Comfortable holding people accountable and making difficult decisions
• Process driven, detail oriented, and highly organized
• Able to operate independently and take ownership without constant oversight
• Strong communicator who leads with clarity and confidence
• Focused on results, not activity

Requirements

• Prior operations or management experience required
• Experience leading field teams and enforcing standards
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
