Introduction:
Hunter region including Newcastle and Taree (1 day per week in Parramatta)

Salary $80,000 to $100,000 dependent upon experience

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a seasoned and passionate Operations Manager, in our Aged Care division, to lead our catering operations across a small number of sites within the Hunter and Taree region.

Description:
Responsibilities:
Overseeing the catering operations across 6 aged care facilities
Managing budgets and resources effectively to optimise operational costs
Maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders
Coaching and further developing the team around you
Ensure high standards of food quality, safety and compliance with regulatory requirements
Understanding of Aged Care quality & safety commission including accreditations

Skills and Experiences:
Your background:
Proven experience in a leadership role within the contract catering or hospitality industry with multi-site exposure.
Strong understanding of operational and financial management.
Proven track record of managing catering operations and leading diverse teams
Experience operating across multi-site delivery
Exceptional communication ability and outstanding relationship management skills
Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices, particularly within aged care and education.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Chef qualification essential
