Introduction:
About the role..
Jinding Real Estate is seeking a proactive and organised Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting the General Manager by managing developer relationships, overseeing stock levels, coordinating between local and offshore teams, and driving property and market research, as well as marketing activities.
Key responsibilities..
- Support the sales team throughout the sales process, including reservation, deposit payment, contract signing, settlement, and post-settlement customer care.
- Assist management in communicating important updates to local and offshore sales teams.
- Create promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content.
- Supervise the operations executive and ensure adequate staffing for team functions.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for stock management and customer service standards.
- Ensure all sales marketing materials and price lists are up-to-date.
- Attend weekly sales/operations meetings and follow up on sales cases.
- Liaise with Finance regarding property reservation fees, deposit payments, and settlement funds.
- Maintain strong relationships with business partners, including solicitors, builders, master agents, developers, and channel agents.
