Speedy Flower is a Dublin-based letting company specializing in budget-friendly residential accommodation. We are a fast-growing group with expanding operations across Ireland, Portugal, the US, and China. Beyond letting, we are diversifying into international importing, retail, and B2B home goods.

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Property Manager to join our Dublin 1 team and help us provide high-quality service to our tenants.

Your Daily Responsibilities

• Tenant Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for customer service inquiries and tenant support.
• Property Maintenance: Regularly update and document property conditions to ensure high standards are maintained.
• Project Management: Coordinate with suppliers and maintenance teams to ensure repairs are completed efficiently.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, professional bonds with both clients and service providers.

Who We Are Looking For

• Language Skills: Fluent English is required. Mandarin proficiency is preferred to support our international operations.
• Availability: Must be willing to commit to a 6-day work week (Monday to Saturday).
• Experience: Previous experience in real estate or property management is a significant advantage.
• Soft Skills: You should be patient, proactive, and possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Legal: Valid work authorisation for Ireland is preferred.
