Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced DZ Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations for our bulk water delivery business. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient workflow, maintain safety standards, and lead a team to meet organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years commercial driving experience and hold a DZ drivers license with a clean record. The candidate must be willing to complete daily deliveries as required.

Duties

• Supervise daily operational activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
• Coordinate drivers schedules to optimize efficiency
• Communicate with customers via text message, telephone and our online system.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure proper documentation of freight shipments
• Lead, train, and evaluate team members to foster a productive work environment
• Schedule maintenance and repairs for equipment, including automotive repair tasks when necessary
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Complete daily deliveries of bulk water to our residential and commercial customers

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations management or supervisory role
• Ability to operate commercial vehicles and perform automotive repairs is a plus
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a dynamic setting
• Must have a DZ license with a minimum of 3 years proven driving experience.
• Must have a clean driving record
• Prior experience with automotive repair or related technical skills is advantageous
• Working from heights certification would be preferred.
• Typical work schedule will be Monday to Friday with some weekend work required.
