Role: OPT Recruiter/ Sourcing Specialist
Location: Onsite in Kothapet, Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 7:30 PM to 4:00 AM IST (Night Shifts Only)

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for an OPT Recruiter. The OPT Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, screening, and placing qualified candidates in appropriate positions. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing resumes, conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, maintaining a talent pipeline, and building relationships with candidates. The role also involves collaborating with clients to understand their staffing needs, developing recruitment strategies, and ensuring timely placements.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in recruiting, sourcing, and candidate screening processesExperience in relationship management and communication to engage with candidates and clients effectively
• Knowledge of OPT, CPT, H1B, and other work authorizations
• Technical proficiency to evaluate candidates for IT roles including familiarity with key technologies and programming languages
