We are now offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team as a Full-Time Optical Dispenser. If you’re passionate about eyewear, exceptional customer service, and being part of a vibrant team, this is your chance to shine!
OPTIKO is currently seeking a motivated person to join our team as a Full Time Optical Dispenser.

- Work with some of the leading bands in the optical industry such as Dita, Moscot, Cutler & Gross and Jacques Marie Mage.
- Guide patients in selecting frames and lenses suited to their needs
- Provide expert advice on lens technologies, coatings and vision solutions
- Basic workshop tasks e.g adjustments, repairs and quality control
- Administrative and reception duties such as appointment book management, banking, entering stock and reporting
- Maintain a tidy practice environment to ensure a positive overall patient experience
About you
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- Cert IV dispensing qualification desired but not essential
- Passion to help others
