Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, personalized assistance
• Guide customers in selecting frames and lenses suited to their needs, preferences, and budget
• Clearly explain lens features, coatings, and upgrade options in an easy-to-understand way
• Accurately record and process customer orders
• Keep the store tidy, well-organized, and visually appealing
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and referrals
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve sales goals
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently

Qualifications

• Optical retail experience is highly preferred, but not required—we’re open to training the right candidate with retail or customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers comfortably
• A strong sales mindset paired with a genuine customer-first approach
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Works well within a team and maintains a positive attitude
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends

Additional Information

This role will begin as a part-time position, with the potential to move into full-time depending on performance and business growth.
