Job Summary
Orthodontic Assistant (Bilingual Preferred):

You’ll bring your attention to detail, steady hands, and positive energy to every patient interaction. Whether you’re placing brackets, taking records, or cheering on a patient getting their braces off, your contribution makes a visible difference — and you’ll be recognized and rewarded for it.

What you’ll need to be our Orthodontic Assistant:

• RDA license required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Comfortable working with children, teens, and adults in a clinical setting
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude
• Comfortable working one Saturday per month during the school year to accommodate family scheduling needs

What you’ll do as an Orthodontic Assistant:

• Assist the orthodontist during patient procedures such as bonding, wire changes, and debonds
• Capture and update diagnostic records, including X-rays, intraoral photos, and scans
• Educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene and appliance care
• Maintain a clean and sterilized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols
• Help manage clinical flow and patient scheduling to ensure efficient visits
• Build positive relationships with patients to encourage compliance and long-term trust
• Support the front office and treatment team as needed with a can-do, team-first mindset

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 34 per week
