OT Cybersecurity Services Lead Consultant, ASEAN
Siemens Digital Industries, Customer Services in ASEAN is seeking an experienced OT Cybersecurity Services Lead Consultant to drive the growth and delivery of our cybersecurity service practice. This role is crucial for a domain expert who will provide strategic guidance and technical leadership, enabling our clients to protect their critical infrastructure in the era of digitalization and Industry 4.0.
As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with sales teams across 6 ASEAN countries, providing expert consultative support and leading the delivery of comprehensive cybersecurity solutions. This is not a direct sales role but a strategic leadership position focused on building a robust service practice.

You’ll make a difference in:
- Drive Growth: Lead and expand the cybersecurity services practice in ASEAN
- Pre-Sales & Opportunity Development: Collaborate with sales teams to develop and support key opportunities, providing technical expertise, solution architecture, and cost estimation. Lead technical presentations and workshops to articulate Siemens' cybersecurity roadmap.
- Risk & Compliance Assessments: Conduct comprehensive cybersecurity assessments, documenting organizational and technical risks against standards like NERC CIP, IEC 62443, ISO 27001, and NIST CSF.
- Cybersecurity Consulting: Deliver expert consulting services, including gap analysis, risk assessments, mitigation planning, and development of tailored cybersecurity roadmaps.
- Project Execution & Delivery: Orchestrate and manage cybersecurity service projects from assessments to hardening and monitoring, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience: Extensive experience in OT cybersecurity consulting, pre-sales, and industrial automation cybersecurity; skilled in risk assessments, compliance, project management, and technical expertise.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of industrial automation systems (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA), expertise in industrial communication protocols (PROFINET), network security principles, and cybersecurity frameworks (IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, NERC CIP); familiar with network and security vendors (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Nozomi, HP Aruba).
- Certifications: Relevant cybersecurity and network certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GICSP, CCNA/CCNP).
- Regional Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the ASEAN industrial automation and cybersecurity landscape.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Location: This role offers flexibility in location, with opportunities to be based in either Singapore or Malaysia
