Job Title: International BPO - Cold Calling Tele-Sales Executive (UK Process)
Location: sakinaka mubai
Working Hours: UK Shift (e.g., 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele-Sales Executive for our UK-based outbound cold calling process. The role involves generating leads, pitching products/services, and closing sales over the phone to UK-based customers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and experience in international calling or B2C/B2B telesales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential UK customers from provided databases or leads.
- Clearly explain and promote products or services based on customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer feedback using CRM systems.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Follow compliance and quality standards related to UK telesales regulations.
- Attend daily briefings, sales meetings, and training sessions.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in international BPO (preferably UK process) or cold calling / telesales.
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills in English.
- Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to handle rejections and remain professional and positive.
- Flexibility to work in UK time zone.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
