• Venue Launch & Vision: Own the entire launch and operation of a high-profile, brand-new venue from day one.
• Team Leadership: Train, and energise a team that delivers main-character energy and exceptional service every single shift.
• Commercial Success: Drive sales and manage inventory, quality, and waste to establish this outlet as the terminal’s must-visit food destination.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee all daily operations across a rotating roster (5am – 8pm), maintaining impeccable food safety, compliance, and a spotless environment.

Skills and Experiences:
WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Proven Leadership: Solid experience leading teams in a high-volume food, retail, or hospitality setting.
• A Plant-Powered Passion: Genuine passion for fresh, wellness-forward, and plant-based food concepts.
• Compliance Ready: Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate and valid NSW RSA.
• Barista Skills: Superior skills, passionate about pouring every cup to perfection
• Essential Logistics: Current Driver’s Licence for easy airport access.
• Highly Desirable: Barista skills or qualifications to elevate the beverage program.
• The X-Factor: Bold, hands-on, and ready to leave your fingerprints on a venue people will remember.
