Job Summary:
The Education Counselor is responsible for guiding prospective students through the academic admission process by providing accurate information about courses, universities, and career pathways.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students regarding study options, admission requirements, course selection, and career outcomes for education Abroad.
- Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries; convert leads into enrollments.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of education programs, universities, visa processes, and admission timelines.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions and group seminars/webinars for prospective students.
- Coordinate with internal departments and partner institutions for admission processing and documentation.
- Track and update student records in CRM systems; follow up with leads systematically.
- Support marketing and promotional activities such as education fairs, school visits, and workshops.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation and persuasion abilities
- Customer-focused with a consultative approach
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education, Business, or related field).
- 1–3 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions, or sales (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Knowledge of overseas or domestic education systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,476.04 - ₹35,465.83 per month
