Job Title: Admission Counsellor – Overseas Education
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai (On-site)
Salary: Up to ₹50,000/month
Job Type: Full-time (Monday to Saturday)

Job Summary:

We are hiring a passionate and knowledgeable Admission Counsellor to join our overseas education team in Andheri East, Mumbai. In this role, you will guide and support students who aspire to study abroad. You will play a key part in shaping their academic future by offering professional advice on course selection, university applications, visa procedures, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students about study abroad opportunities in countries such as the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
• Understand each student's academic background, goals, and financial situation to suggest appropriate courses and universities.
• Guide students through the entire admission process, including application forms, documentation, SOPs, LORs, etc.
• Provide accurate information on universities, courses, application deadlines, and visa procedures.
• Follow up with leads regularly to ensure conversions and timely enrollments.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
• Maintain and update student records in the CRM system.
• Assist students in preparing for interviews, visa counseling, and travel arrangements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and their families.
• Meet monthly admission targets and report progress to the management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (in any field)
• 1 to 3 years of experience as an Overseas Admission Counsellor or Education Consultant
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
• Familiarity with admission and visa requirements for major study-abroad destinations
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
