Job Description

B2B Campus is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and student-focused Admission Counsellor to join our Bathinda team. The candidate will handle student inquiries, make outbound calls, counsel prospective students, and convert interested leads into confirmed admissions.

Freshers with strong communication and sales skills are welcome to apply. Candidates with 6 months or more of relevant experience in sales, telecalling, customer service, or admission counselling will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and respond to admission inquiries.
• Explain courses, admission procedures, fees, and career opportunities.
• Follow up with interested students through calls and messages.
• Attend walk-in visitors and guide them through the admission process.
• Convert prospective leads into confirmed admissions and achieve assigned targets.
• Maintain student databases, call records, and follow-up reports.
• Build positive relationships with students and parents.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure a smooth admission process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills can apply.
• Candidates with 6 months or more of experience in sales, telecalling, counselling, or admissions are welcome.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in handling calls and face-to-face counselling.
• Sales-oriented mindset and ability to work towards targets.
• Basic computer knowledge and record-maintenance skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and consistent follow-up skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
