Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students and parents in making informed educational decisions. You will play a crucial role in helping students identify their academic goals and support them in choosing the right educational path.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized counselling to students and parents regarding courses, colleges/universities, entrance exams, and career options.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about various academic programs, admission criteria, and scholarship opportunities.
• Handle inbound student inquiries (phone, email, walk-ins) and follow up with prospective students.
• Assist students with application processes, including documentation and form submissions.
• Organize and participate in education fairs, workshops, and seminars.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress in CRM tools.
• Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, partners, and vendors.
• Achieve student enrollment targets and contribute to revenue goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Education,or related field.
• Prior experience in academic or career counselling preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic listener and a problem-solver.
• Sales or target-driven approach is a plus (especially in EdTech or Study Abroad setups).
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi
