Experience:

Min 1-5 years in counsellor/admin position in Salon/Spa/Beauty Academies. Experience in the Beauty & Wellness, educational academies will be preferable.

Qualifications:

Graduate/ Postgraduate | Tech savvy | Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Proven experience working with and speaking to young adults. Excellent Communication Skills & maturity to handle the center operation independently.

Sales/Marketing:

• Complete coordination of center operations
• Create and execute business plan.
• Meet sales/ profitability targets.
• Drive Marketing campaigns.
• Take measures to generate enquiries.
• Ensure support for conversion of enquiries.

Responsibilities:

The Admission Counselor will be responsible for converting walk-ins into enrolled students by handling objections and pitching the right courses. They will also be responsible for maintaining stock, collecting monthly installments, and conducting outreach programs to attract potential students. Managing the daily operations of the academy, including coordinating with staff and instructors. Ensuring that the academy runs efficiently and effectively.

• The Manager is responsible for sales, including generating leads and converting them into enrollments.
• They also handle counseling sessions with prospective students, providing information about courses and guiding them in making informed decisions.
