Level up your career as a: Paint Line Labourer (Afternoon Shift)

Responsibilities

“The World needs more of who you were made to be.” – Joanna Gaines

• Clean products and parts using a pressure washer to ensure they are thoroughly cleaned and properly prepped for powder coating application.
• Drying treated products and confirming their readiness for powder coating and upholding high-quality standards.
• Deliver painted products to the assembly area in an orderly fashion with paint tags attached.
• Organize and stage products to ensure seamless flow through the paint line.
• Load and manage the oven for efficient bake times and maximize capacity.
• Regularly clean hanging hooks, loading bars, and the paint/wash area.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workspace

Qualifications

• Experience: 1-3 years working in a team-oriented environment.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual tasks.
• Attention to Detail: Focused and precise in preparing products for coating.
• Skills: Basic literacy and numeracy to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately.
