We use technology to simplify the painting job while providing a better service for our clients. Cover It Painting specializing in the real estate industry. Our goal is to provide a competitively priced product while making the landlord's life easier. We are looking for an individual that is competent with 21st century technology, wants to learn about real estate investing, and has energy.

Duties:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Apply paint and other finishes to various surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades and tones
- Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect surrounding areas from paint splatters
- Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
- Follow safety guidelines and use appropriate protective gear

Requirements:

-Must have basic painting hand tools.(Specialty tools like spayers and ext. ladders provided)
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as scrapers, sanders, and brushes
- Knowledge of construction estimating to accurately assess materials and labor needed for projects
- Experience in plastering, masonry, trim carpentry, concrete finishing, or welding is a plus
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift heavy objects for extended periods of time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

Work Location: On the road
