Education:
College diploma in accounting or relevant field.
Work Experience:
Mimuimum 2 years experience with references.
Experience required with all aspects of bookkeeping including, payroll, A/R,
A/P, WSIB, tax reporting and monthly reports.
Sage experience is required.
Salary is negotiable based.on experience.
Duties:
Maintain general ledgers, make entries into accounting software and internal database as needed. Manage accounts receivable, payable, invoice customers and perform general accounting duties, reconcile financial statements, prepare statistical and financial reports as needed, submission of WSIB, GST/HST, Payroll deductions, prepare for and assist with completion of annual financial audit process and year-end inventory.
Specfic Skills:
We are a very busy shop. Being flexible is important. You must be a team player who can multi-task and manage your time. You are someone who has excellent accuracy, an attention to detail and able to solve problems.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
