Job Summary

Turn around and setting up of meeting and function rooms

Dealing with late check-ins and early check outs

Cleaning of public areas

Ensuring the building is secure

Ensuring that guest privacy and security is adhered to at all times

Provide a high level of customer service at all times

Carry out security walks

Job Type / Category

Job type is Hotel

Candidate must be flexible as the role involves night work and includes weekends

Part time is 2 /3 nights

Shift time is 11pm - 7am

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Excellent communication skills verbal and written

Fluent English

Previous experience of a similar role in a hotel is essential

Ability to work on own initiative

Strict policy and procedural work ethic and excellent organisational , administrative skills

Previous bar & reception experience preferable

The ideal candidate must be computer literate, be reliable & be well organised
