YOUR ROLE
Create a warm, welcoming, and professional impression of the hotel. Provide exceptional customer service, handling reservations, managing check-ins and checkouts efficiently, and support the front office operations in ensuring a seamless guest experience.

- Proficiency in basic computer systems and office software.
- Professional, calm, and friendly demeanour under pressure.
- Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment

Experience
- Previous hotel or hospitality front desk experience

- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends, and public holidays.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €14.50-€16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 28 per week
