Idaho Timber is seeking a Part Time Office Assistant to support its production facility in Boise, Idaho.
Duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- Performing wide variety of day-to-day clerical and office duties
- Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls to on-site staff
- Manage inbound and outbound freight
- Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating and entering data
- Daily & monthly reports
- Expense reports for the General Manager, Plant Manager and Sales Staff
- Performing other projects and duties as assigned
Required Skills:
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Discretion with confidential information
- Relevant office experience required
Competitive hourly compensation (DOE). Hours for the position are expected to be from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, although there is some flexibility for the right candidate. This would be a great opportunity for a student.
