Description:
The Role:
Cater Care is seeking the services of a productive and organised Payroll Officer to assist our friendly and stable team, on a part-time basis, providing this vital service across the company.

Working directly for our Payroll Manager, you'll play a crucial part in making sure our people are paid on time. Our systems are very organized, making them ideal for the right candidate to pick up. If you have an eye for detail, a great work ethic and a team-first attitude, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
Fortnightly end to end payroll processing
Maintaining our payroll system (ADP) and time and attendance system (Emplive) with accurate employee information
Coordinate and Support payroll project activities from Initiation to completion
Interpreting and applying a variety of awards
Payroll queries and administration
Time in Lieu record keeping and processing

Skills and Experiences:
Experience:
Previous experience processing end to end payroll for a medium to large sized company
Experience with handling large volumes of numerical data
Experience with time and attendance systems (Emplive system experience would be highly regarded as would ADP)
Strong communication skills and excellent phone manner
Great organisational skills and attention to detail
