Job Posting: Part-Time Personal Assistant (Hybrid)
Location: Singapore (North)
Commitment: Part-Time (Flexible Hours)
Pay: $10–$12 per hour
Are you organized, proactive, and confident on the phone? We’re looking for a Part-Time Personal Assistant to support a financial consultant with client engagement, admin tasks, and social media marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make follow-up calls to existing clients (no cold calling)
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and email management
- Help plan, create, and manage simple social media content (e.g., Instagram, Facebook)
- Maintain accurate records of client communication and progress tracking
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and friendly phone manner
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing concepts
- Previous experience in admin support, customer service, or marketing is a plus
What You’ll Get:
