TechnoG, a long-standing and well-known leader in Ireland’s mobile phone retail industry, is currently seeking a Part-Time Sales Assistant to join our team in our Maynooth branch. This role is ideal for someone who is outgoing, enthusiastic, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

As a Sales Assistant, you will provide outstanding care and support to our customers, assist with product selection, and help drive sales while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Working Hours

• Part-time position with flexibility required
• Must be available to work full shifts
• Store opening hours:
• Monday – Friday: 9:00 am – 6:30 pm
• Saturday: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Weekend availability is essential

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
• Assist customers with mobile phones, accessories, and related products
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, ensuring effective resolution
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Maintain store presentation and stock levels
• Take ownership of your role and contribute positively to the team

Essential Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2 years’ retail sales experience in a customer-facing role (essential)
• Proven ability to handle customer complaints effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales ability with a customer-focused approach
• Interest in technology; experience in the mobile/tech industry is an advantage
• Training will be provided

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: €14.15 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
