Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions
- Process returns and exchanges
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Meet or exceed sales goals
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus
- Ability to effectively sell products and upsell to customers
- Proficient in operating point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor
As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. Your ability to effectively communicate, demonstrate products, and assist customers will contribute to the success of our retail store.
