We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Trainer to conduct interactive workshops in schools, focusing on leadership, social and emotional development, study skills, and self-regulation techniques. This part-time role is ideal for someone passionate about empowering students and helping them thrive academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct interactive training sessions in schools, ensuring active participation and engagement.
- Develop and adapt training materials to suit different age groups and educational objectives.
- Collaborate with school administrators to plan and schedule workshops effectively.
- Provide feedback and assessments to measure the success of training programs.
- Stay informed about the latest educational techniques and trends.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven experience in training or teaching within a school or educational setting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to create and deliver content that is age-appropriate and engaging.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with topics relevant to education and personal development.
