- Proactively manage and build your caseload by contacting and scheduling clients from the Clinic’s Master Treatment List as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Act as clinical supervisor to registered psychotherapists, registered psychotherapists (qualifying), and practicum students, who will be providing treatment services to clients across the lifespan under your professional license.
- Provide ongoing supervision, mentorship, and practical guidance to clinicians and practicum students, supporting them in meeting weekly performance targets and delivering consistent, client-centered care.
- Offer documentation oversight, guide clinical decision-making, and step in with crisis support when needed.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment by modeling professionalism, accountability, a dynamic and flexible approach, and effective communication.
What You’ll Bring

- Full registration as an autonomous member in good standing with the CRPO for a minimum of 5 years, authorized to practice the controlled act of psychotherapy in Ontario.
- Meet the required CRPO supervision requirements as detailed by the College.
- Proven experience (2+ years) supervising clinicians and/or practicum students, including hands-on involvement in clinical oversight and decision-making.
- Ability to supervise clinicians working with clients across the lifespan (children, adolescents, and adults).
- A positive, collaborative, and forward-thinking mindset that fosters an inclusive, supportive workplace.
